Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler website located at plymouthautorepair.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Website Use

This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Site. Unauthorized use of this Site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

The information provided on this Site — including service descriptions, pricing guidance, and general automotive information — is for general informational purposes only. 3. Estimates & Quotes Disclaimer

Any estimates, quotes, or pricing information provided through this Site — whether via a contact form, phone inquiry, or online request — are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is determined only after a physical inspection of your vehicle by a qualified technician at our shop.

Actual repair costs may differ from any initial estimate due to the discovery of additional damage, parts availability, labor complexity, or other factors that cannot be assessed without a hands-on inspection. Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler will communicate any changes to an estimate before proceeding with additional work.

4. Appointments & Service Requests

Submitting a service request, appointment inquiry, or contact form through this Site does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed only upon direct communication with our shop by phone or in person.

Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler reserves the right to decline or reschedule service requests at its discretion. We are not liable for any inconvenience resulting from scheduling conflicts or service unavailability.

5. Membership Program Terms

Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler offers three monthly membership plans — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — subject to the following terms. By enrolling in any membership plan, you agree to these terms in full.

5a. Plan Benefits & Inclusions

Each membership plan includes the following benefits, subject to the limitations described below:

• Bronze ($45/month): Free tire plugs; free wiper blades (1 set/year); free bulb replacements; 2 free oil changes per year; 12 car washes per year; 15% off parts; 1 free tire rotation per year; 1 free mechanical diagnostic per year; 1 free tow up to 5 miles per year.
• Silver ($55/month): All Bronze benefits; 25% off parts; additional vehicles for $19.99/month each; free 5-mile tow, 2 times per year; roadside assistance within a 5-mile radius (includes fuel delivery, lockout service, and flat tire assistance).
• Gold ($65/month): All Silver benefits; 35% off parts; additional vehicles for $29.99/month each; free 10-mile tow, 2 times per year; 1 free full car detail per year.

5b. Towing & Roadside Assistance

Towing benefits are limited to the mileage radius and frequency specified for each plan (Bronze: 5 miles, 1x/year; Silver: 5 miles, 2x/year; Gold: 10 miles, 2x/year). Towing is measured from the vehicle's location to the nearest qualified service facility. Towing beyond the covered radius will be charged at standard rates for the excess distance. Towing benefits reset annually on the member's enrollment anniversary date.

Roadside assistance (Silver and Gold) is available within a 5-mile radius of Plymouth, MI. Services include fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and flat tire help. Roadside assistance is subject to technician availability and may not be available during peak hours or severe weather conditions.

5c. Parts Discounts

Parts discounts (15% for Bronze, 25% for Silver, 35% for Gold) apply to parts purchased and installed at Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler. Discounts are applied to the shop's standard retail parts pricing at the time of service. Discounts do not apply to specialty, dealer-only, or backordered parts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons unless explicitly stated.

5d. Annual Benefits (Tire Rotation, Diagnostic, Car Detail)

Annual benefits — including the free tire rotation (Bronze, Silver, Gold), free mechanical diagnostic (Bronze, Silver, Gold), and free car detail (Gold) — are available once per calendar year per enrolled vehicle. Annual benefits do not roll over to the following year if unused. The free mechanical diagnostic covers a standard OBD-II scan and visual inspection; it does not include extended diagnostic procedures, teardown inspections, or repairs.

5e. Vehicle Add-Ons

Silver members may add additional vehicles to their plan at $19.99/month per vehicle. Gold members may add additional vehicles at $29.99/month per vehicle. Each additional vehicle must be registered at enrollment and is subject to the same benefit limitations as the primary vehicle. Vehicle add-ons are billed separately on a recurring monthly basis.

5f. Billing & Cancellation

Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. Cancellations must be requested by contacting the shop directly by phone or in person. Refunds for partial months are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5g. General Membership Conditions

Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled member and their registered vehicle(s). The shop reserves the right to verify membership status at the time of service. Membership plans may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice to active members. Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler reserves the right to deny or revoke membership in cases of misuse, fraudulent claims, or violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or any information contained herein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, and page layouts — is the property of Plymouth Auto Repair & Muffler or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
